Yvonne Odhiambo is a Kenyan fashion entrepreneur, model and founder of AfroStreet Kollektions, having launched her career in 2013. Her lively and colourful African prints combine traditional influences with western aesthetics.

Yvonne Afrostreet is also a philanthropist and has played an important role in Africare Kinder Trust through donations to a number of the organization’s projects.

Hand In Hand Hepbirlikte

The Hepbirlikte group forms part of Africare Kinder Trust’s main donors and biggest supporters. Their mantra, “One act of kindness can change one’s world,” reflects the spirit of their partnership.

They have supported a number of projects, with donations mainly contributing to food, clothing and education initiatives.

Dones Biergarten

Fundraising Partner · Germany

Dones Biergarten, located in Ulm, Germany, is one of the Trust’s major donors and supporters. The restaurant holds an annual barbecue luncheon on 24 December for friends, family and clients.

Guests support the charity initiative by paying for their meals, with half of the proceeds donated to Africare Kinder Trust to help fund its projects.

Chrispin Mwangale, known to music fans as BigPin, is a pioneer of Urban Hip Hop and Kapuka sounds in Kenya. His work helped shape a generation of Kenyan music and entertainment.

As a philanthropist and active partner of Africare Kinder Trust, BigPin supports awareness through his public profile and across social and community platforms.

Gift Shop

Africare Kinder Trust works to uplift people living in nearby communities by developing product concepts that can be transformed into handmade items by talented local artisans.

The products are sold to raise funds for the Trust’s projects while also helping create employment opportunities and income for local makers.

Crochet Dolls & Baskets · Jane

Jane is a skilled crochet artist whose craft journey began when she was young, learning from her grandmother. After years of developing her skills, crochet grew from a cherished hobby into a full-time occupation. She also brings 12 years of experience in food production.

Leather Bags · Kiambu County

Leather bags are handmade by a local artisan from Kiambu County in Kenya, supporting the Trust’s goal of creating income opportunities within local communities.

Beading Work · Tina

Tina is a talented Kenyan beadwork artist. Her beading business helps her earn an income and support herself and her children.
